Prices

The rental price mentioned above applies to 4 guests. For the 5th, 6th, and 7th person, a surcharge of 20 euros per person per night applies. The rental price includes bed linen (beds made up!), a towel starter pack, a private garden and garden furniture, etc. The actual consumption of gas, water and electricity will be charged additionally after the stay, based on the meter readings. The costs for the mandatory initial and final cleaning are €75,- additionally. The beds are made up upon arrival with the unique Rozenhofje bedding. If desired, you can use a playpen, high chair and bed, changing mat, baby bed and your own dishwasher and washing machine.

Please note: the above prices exclude the tourist tax, which must be paid to the Municipality of Roermond.

Fridays and Mondays are changeover days. Other arrival days and departure days upon mutual agreement. On the day of arrival, you can move into the Rozenhofje, with additional facilities, from 4 p.m. We ask you to leave the Rozenhofje before 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Keeping pets and consuming tobacco are both not permitted in the holiday home. Of course, you can use your cigar/cigarette under the large veranda and in the garden. If you wish to rent the holiday home for a longer period, for example because you are renovating your house, special rates and agreements apply.
